Returns & Exchanges

All purchases made through Inai Scarves are final and there are no returns/refunds EXCEPT for DEFECT ITEM only. Items return must be an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition. Return of items must be made within 3 days after the item received (insert your receipt together). Exchange of size, design and colour is not acceptable. Unfortunately, we could not take responsibility for the shipping costs incurred to return exchange items to us through mail.
